Marcus Aurelius said, 'Be not wordy nor a busybody.' He said this almost 2,000 years ago and he wasn't talking about you, but the advice holds on Monday and Tuesday. Communication is difficult (so be crystal-clear), and busybodies only create more confusion. Wednesday through Friday, when things simmer down and you're trying to impress a romantic interest, you might let a line or two of philosophy slip into your conversations. If the Roman Empire interests you, this weekend is perfectly suited to for-the-fun-of-it library research.
