Going Queensway to get trainers later.. dunno what to get but MR Chen said can find Uncle Shieh? err... say is Tommie send me over one.. HAHaa.. sounds abit weird to say like that.. nvm.. hope he can recommend me a good trainer although MR Chen said if it's trainer he rather i get the same ds trainer of asics.. but den again, for me, i dun like things dat are the same.. lol..

Oh ya.. and im going EasT COast Park again! to cycle! 2 hours? Hhahaa.. last sat also went but didnt manage to cycle cuz it's getting late...

Thurs was the last day of summer tests.. like finally right... everyone must have heave a sigh of relief... Bio n Geo were much much more easier than Chem n Maths.. RArr... Thurs went long run with Swee Hong.. Timing dropped- Reason, didn't run for quite some time n we didn't really stride much.. HAHA... we even worried if we can even hit 1 hr when we did 58.38mins.. hmm... shockingly..........

Fri, got training.. Only Jem, Nik, SherJie n WaiCHing came.. 10 x 400m like cck training last time.. i only did 9 cuz died from allergy.. cannot take it........ partially also due to having lesser of 30secs rest time and also didnt do mileage ever since school's starting... Or is it bcuz i lack motivation.. didnt put my best to run n jus give up cuz im not running nationals like nicole n jem... i wonder if i can even make it for competition everytime im affected n slowed down.. face got the thightening sensation n heat's building up till feel abit nao zhen dang.. i rmbed Mr Chen asked why i dropped so much after my fourth set or sth... cuz initially im supposed to be the 'rabbit' for nicole to hunt.. in the end, im slower than her, so waiching came in.. WAhhaa.. ok.. training did 6km.. den we did 6 km long run.. 36.09mins...


So total mileage so far- 22.8km.. lol?

So today's my Lunar Birthday.. ya.. It's 2nd day of Dumpling Festival.. Okie.. The songs today not bad.. Got mature & young singers.. Didnt take photos with the more familiar ones '' mostly the funny hosts'' cuz they left straight after their show.. Only when we're going did we took photos with the remainings..







ANyway, im rather disappointing.. WHen mum wanted to request for birthday song dedicated to me, i attempted snatching the paper away and angrily tore it.. YEaH.. I DID.... She was upset and shock.. But before doing such last resort action, i already told her umpteen times i don't like this idea.. and yet, she just tell me im 18 already, lunar years, worth celebrating.. Fine, but i don't like this kind of thing............ But anyway, the person still sang la.... Just that it's not the paper where she say ''today is my daughter, siow ai, birthday.. i wish siow ai happy 18th yrs old.. study hard n blahblah..'' It's attention seeking man... aRgh... but nvm.. at least the singer say today is my birthday is enough for me.. i don't want more.. she meant good, spent $65 on the dinner, $35 on the 1kg oreo cake.. YEahz, and she said she'll get me either new hp or track shoes, let me decide.. b4 the dinner, we were walking around outdoor Toa Payoh Mall to the indoor Toa Payoh Hub.. She made the effort to give in.. Well, i should be ashamed for being self centred.. But then, i don't like much of her 'surprises', they are too exaggerative.. To think she say, i already buy the birthday cake, why don't ask them sing?







Haiz.... i just don't like it when im not told abt stuff n just go her way.... maybe i should say it this way, im happy and appreciated her surprises... but maybe, not too over.. Or maybe, don't let me see it before hand.. cuz im someone who cannot take this kind of '' knowing what will happen thing''.. i definitely can imagine the next moment everyone in the restaurant will be looking at me.........







Surprises, are meant to be kept secret, not known, as pple tend to avoid it as they won't like it..... Everyone's different.. That's personality..? But perhaps if i only know when that dedication happends immediately, maybe i won't react like that..







She just want me to have a memorable birthday since on my birthday she was sick and didnt really celebrate.. But to me, it doesn't matter.... I thought it was a belated celebration, and then it became a lunar birthday celebration too... I didn't expect she plan that much cuz i tot she only wanted to attend the dinner cum song session to enjoy herself...







I didnt expect the unexpected, at the moment in time, i just tot i'll feel very embarrassed the next moment.. I really felt there isn't a need.. Maybe we lack communication......

CCK stadium training

Have been doing long run->slow & draggy compared to intervals for the past week n this week.
Until today, suddenly have to do 10 x 400m.
One shot.
1.45mins, 1.45rest time, 3.30mins start next set.
Can't believe it. Never ever tried 10 sets at one shot.
Luckily the rest time quite long. LOL..
UNdeR the Scorching hot sun! but i survived! i could have died then.. all timing below 2mins..
HAHA.. but my last set wasn't a full blast.. At the starting i already lag 5 steps? HAha.. stunned at the starting point..
Running style super funny.. Lagging at the first 200m, then try to catch up at the start of 200m mark.. Told myself that have to reach at around 1min at that point.. then 1.2o at 300m mark.. Rrr.........

Marla came after Mr Chen left not long ago.. just like less than half an hour difference! ah.. DaWei came to watch us, or maybe he thought today we giving the gift.. But anyway we gave Mr Chen's our Father's Day present to him already, the trophy.. When DawEi said 1,2,3 after Swee Hong and him called him back.. Then we shouted,'' Happy Fathers' Day!'' He asked when he's father? SHOCKED o.O HAHa..

Haven't gave him the frame.. that one cool la....... but have to get more peeps first.. Wonder if we can make it for the channel 5's love story thingy.. Provided we can get a group photo with Mr Chen & the trophy b4 30th June.. Hope got another training that Mr Chen's conducting that by then~!

Now going YUm CHa -.- to listen Chen Jian Bing sing?! eat dinner la.. but i prefer the morning or afternoon Tim Sim... They are well known for that.. And what, i celebrating belated birthday eh? Buying cake again? Guess i'll be eating alot of cakes and grow fat.. PAst few days had so many Rice Dumplings already.. NO need to buy or make, pple give enough to kill..

But in the end, saw Jemimah at Gombak MRT. So, Yong Cheng stick with Jj Peepz while i'll be with IJ.. Anyway, Saw YuAn CHeng, lol.. suddenly pop out from no where..

Then came Sher Jie, den finally WaiCHing.. He's late..

Rachel didnt come cuz she got sore eye.. Mr Chen got fever, not coming..

While watching and cheering, Yong Cheng kept asking me to help take timing of the fastest guy of the different divisions.. Maybe he gay.. Say the girls' not interesting, no chio bus, he dun care.. Lol.. he only care about yvonne or kai Leng, the rest he say are noobs.. DOt.. but the noobs he said are still first, faster than other girls that are not from sss..

He kept asking why Allan didn't run.. Maybe this is a small race that he don't put it in mind, he suggested.. LOl... ya, Allan only runs nationals? Like real.. Hahaa.. maybe he's more into cross and not track.. He does marathons, biathlon, triathlon? no la.. those team kind, he does the running.. of cuz, including those sports brand run, x country championship? even for nationals, he's only running 5000m, he's not into 1500m.. even for the 5000m, he said he's forced to run? well well.. shall stop talking about Allan.. Hmm....

Oh ya.. a guy from Raffles actually did 18km for long run, he's being interviewed in Newspaper before.. Lol.. no wonder he's first for his division... And 1500m under 20, WeiLin, 1st for nationals x country was champion.. not counting sss of cuz...

oh well, den we went sweet talk.. Led by YinHao.. So, the shop is at a location which is very near.. Last time, SweeHong and i walked one big round opposite.. RArr......... YinHao went off first, den Jemimah.. The rest of us went foodcourt.. Marla n Hong ate mixed rice while KokLoong ate Mee Pok.. LOl.. yesterday we were talking abt the mee pok topic.. ok, b4 that Mum called me, waiting for me to eat lunch at home.. When everyone's done, we went off while chatting about trainings, pple in cross and all that...

At Mrt, saw Jemimah... SHe still there? dEn she told us Pei Hee was there.. den Marla and i went off first, bidding goodbye to the rest.. Marla's going Queensway while im going home...

so, going to borrow cello from JJC since Karen's the chairperson there too... well, cool to have a cello at home, can borrow for quite some time too..! Hmm.. if i can get hold of Cannon in D score, which IJ CO has, that will be cool... but well, im not in it, so i dream on.. compose myself.. LALA.. but i don't have that kind of talent..

Tml morning going chi garden with mum.. den i do long run lo.. anything.. Hmm... 28.4km mileage so far onli.. den ard 11 plus have to be at GombaK to support track pple..

I don't know if i was just not motivated to run alone or is it bcuz after not running for so long my passion of running is gone or what.. ARGH.... i just kept on running and running.. and my mind was totally shut-- BLANK, i would say.. My legs just carried me going forward, as if i was floating? I must be real sick- sick in the body, sick in the mind..

Had nightmares yesterday.. that there're some spirits that kept opening my house's windows, doors, drawers, say everything that can be open.. why did i have such dreams... sense of eeriness.. and imagine sleeping for 14hours plus.. tormented mentally, and illusionally physically...





While running just now, the SAA open category champion girl and another guy also from SAA ( SIngapore Athlete Association )... so fast are they.. even at long run...

12.15pm- Lunch with Marla at Pasta Mania. Swee Hong joined us shortly. Went shopping for awhile b4 training.

2.30pm- Training didnt start on the dot. Weather was hot. Realised i got sunburnt. Got a warm sensation within me. After that, we had 6km run.

6:00pm- Watched Shrek 3 with Marla, Irene, Min Kit, Jian Hui & Joseph. Valerie and Vivien went to watch Pirates of Caribbean 3. Had dinner at LJS.

Now, slacking. Mum at Orchard. LOL.
Actually today going out with Shan n Allan. But Allan's in camp. HA~!

Went iNnova today to help out with Sports exhibition with Jemimah.. Jasmine and Nurul came.. =)) i was like so silly, ask them which school they're from.. HAa.. cuz i don't dare to recognize the wrong people..? HAHAaaa... Oh ya.. Yvonne from sports school came too.. Our school offering her scholarship.. WOa.. If she join us, we're going to be real strong!
