8:00am- Went jogging with SuatKee, YongCheng, Roy & Benjamin. Benjamin ran with his bag?
Went Jss, lucky Ms Chan was there to prove my identity.. but
i failed to get testimonial.It was not edited!!? Have to collect another time again. Ate breakfast together at Taman Jurong. Roy n Benjamin had v v spicy minced pork noodles. so bad tat they went to gargle for some time? The stall holder must be feeling moody! Ha..

12.15pm- Lunch with Marla at Pasta Mania. Swee Hong joined us shortly. Went shopping for awhile b4 training.

2.30pm- Training didnt start on the dot. Weather was hot. Realised i got sunburnt. Got a warm sensation within me. After that, we had 6km run.

6:00pm- Watched Shrek 3 with Marla, Irene, Min Kit, Jian Hui & Joseph. Valerie and Vivien went to watch Pirates of Caribbean 3. Had dinner at LJS.

Now, slacking. Mum at Orchard. LOL.
Actually today going out with Shan n Allan. But Allan's in camp. HA~!
Thurs n Fri's track camp. Not staying overnight. Fri - Sun shall be in Malaysia =)
