If someone stops running for 4 days, will the interest be gone?

I wonder why i felt so bad when i was doing my long run just now.. The temptation of stopping the run kept coming in... I don't know if i was just not motivated to run alone or is it bcuz after not running for so long my passion of running is gone or what.. ARGH.... i just kept on running and running.. and my mind was totally shut-- BLANK, i would say.. My legs just carried me going forward, as if i was floating? I must be real sick- sick in the body, sick in the mind..





I can't feel....





Had nightmares yesterday.. that there're some spirits that kept opening my house's windows, doors, drawers, say everything that can be open.. why did i have such dreams... sense of eeriness.. and imagine sleeping for 14hours plus.. tormented mentally, and illusionally physically...





While running just now, the SAA open category champion girl and another guy also from SAA ( SIngapore Athlete Association )... so fast are they.. even at long run...
