today 400m time trial i did 1.25mins. cool. 0.02 slower than personal best.. anyway i did something stupid all by myself.. drawing henna and trying to take photo myself.. LOL`................................... and it's at home! to have the background of the grey table in sch. i took with the area of a grey file.. i can't ask other pple to help me take photo as the person will be blocking the light! lol...
