half dead after training.. damn unfit & fat.. shot up to 61.7kg.. OMG.. on de dot 120% for 161cm.. hope dat im 162cm or i decrease

spent $22.40 on these -.-
no fried and oily food for the time being..
tml weight taking.. Actually i didn't gain weight.. It's cuz i haven't been running much of of ankle injury, then went to China.. About 1 mth of inactiveness?? Now im making a fuss out of it cuz im still dat heavy by when i have went down to 58.4kg before.. But that's when i was in TaF LOL..... plus all the runnings all dat.. ahHHHHHHHHHhhhhhhhhhh
Pe on Tue, Thurs.. Training Mon, Wed, Fri.. Plus own runs to add up the mileage.. I must lose weight man.. Pe recently won't be games anyway i think..Cuz x country day is coming! But to think about it, my 3 PE t shirts wun be sufficient.. I have to wash after i wore each time cuz i may need 2 each day? Lucky i got 3 tights.. if not i'll face a serious problem if they don't dry in time.. I have to admit that i can't run fast or long without tights, if not i'll get abrasion & can't run for some time.. too bad Mum doesn't do the laundy except once in 3 days... or when the laundry bucket is full.. Which i think is difficult as how is it possible for me to stack the pe shirts n shorts to the top when i dun have enough to wear? Oh yea.. This also means i have to bring PE attire & toileries everyday, resulting in a heavy & bulky bag ++++ a CRUMBLED uniform which i got today.. HAVE TO IRON IT AGAIN LTr.. LOL.. BUt funny enough, i didn't iron my shirt more than 10 times for the whole entire 2007.. Cuz it wasn't that crumbled.. If it really is, i would have dumped it to the bucket and get the other to wear.. Oh well.. Shd i run tml morning?! yes/ no? i think i shd.. hahaa..Recovery run is good... Then after Pe run another few rds.. Shd be good enough.. Somemore running with my old orange trainer.. YUx.. It sux.. No cushion when running which made me feel like im sinking and the hillwork is terrible.. With my increased in weight to have more resistance and gravity pull, i need to use extra effort to pull myself up my constantly swinging and leaning forward, but on the other hand, the already frictionless shoe is further worsen with the slippery grass -.- this made me trying to grip the grd when running so that i can step stably to run up..I don't want another sprained ankle.. Or say, a big lump of fats rolling down the hill slope.. Oh gosh, that would be so unsightly...... Regret not wearing my green shoes to run.. This shoe gave me blisters plus all the problems.. Although i agree the green shoes are like rounded at the front such that it isn't much comfortable either.. But at the very least, i got the cushion & FRICTION!!!! Damn. It is such a contradicting word... I like friction as it prevents me from falling and getting injured as i can grip the ground better but i hate friction when it gives me abrasion, blisters... Now my butt hurts.. Muscleache.. Latic acid build up.. LOL.. Oh ya, i haven't stretched!!! Im gonna suffer for sure this time....BUT, it's ok! look at the picture.. I got a deep heat finally.. Ever since mine got stolen last year during May Sports day.. Wow.. half a year of not using.. But i thought getting one is more secure as tougher trainings are coming up with more competitions ahead.. Oh yea.. Jiejie is only coming training once a week cuz he got Tae Nationals.. so sad.. Our captain not around...

PS: Tired & exhausted.. Slept for 3 hours last night... My oh my.. It's 9pm already and im still online.. Better do my maths tutorial and bio tutorial so that i have time to do my UNFINISHED chem holiday assignment and to study for BIo test of 3 chapters and chem test on everything on? FRIDAY!~ ZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.................
