Today's time trial at Macritchie 3.2km girls route did 19.01mins. k.. improved by 1 min.. PB.. Hmmm.. Maybe can try harder at the forest area.. Anyway going for long run at Macritchie with Mr Wong tomorrow morning.. Meeting him at 8am.. Wonder how fast he'll go.. 10km -.- I think probably we'll go northern route or 2 X guys route? oh man.. now i scared.... HAha..
