Seating arrangements for Graduation Night on 1 Dec 08 ( from sharepoint )

Dear all,

Gentle reminder again, that you're to be seated by 7pm. Be advised to reach the hotel earlier to mingle and take photos with your friends.

The details are as follows;

Time: 7 to 1030pm
Venue: Hilton Singapore, Grand Ballroom, Level 3

The tentative seating plan is attached. The Students' Council reserve the right to change the seats due to unforeseen circumstances. The attached excel file is for reference only, and should not be deemed as the final seating plan.
