ARGH~ im 300g overweight.. 61.0kg.. Hmm~ supposed to be 60.7kg to the height of 1.6m.. Hmm.. Strank by 2cm? wth.. which is a few kg difference.. although im lighter compared to the 63 kg plus on jan, im still in taf cuz of the 2cm height! -.-

Luckily Mr hamim say if i lose 300g and measure again before taf session starts, my name wun be listed.. but hmm.. or maybe i should jus go since i will be forced to run every morning without excuses and then lose even more weight?~ haha.. lol.. im 5kg lighter than last yr.. HAHA!

when running the 3rds of less than 10 mins, i wanted to vomit at the last rd.. came in second after Marla at 5.30mins.. argh.. Why pe always like that.. not much warm ups, not even slow jog or real stretching before real run.. i felt acid in my throat ... BLEAHZ
