
In fact it's College Sports Day at 18 May.. HA... I wonder why im so into it.. Busy with the contacting of people, persuading of people to run in the past few weeks.. Anyway.. YA.. Im running 1.5km, 3km, 4 x 400m.. 1.5km heats' on friday have to run only at 6.30pm but every early have to report alrdy.. As for 3km.. It's next wed..5pm? but heard that 3km don't have heats=> finals straight away.. anything.. ok.. 3km- Running against Jemimah, Nicole, Kimberly.. hee.. 1.5km- Running against Ester, Nicole.. yupz.. the rest unknown..
v stressful.. today did 2.4km in 12.17mins.. like almost 1/2 a min slower than PB.. but nvm.. i'll just reassure myself that im too tired from 10km run yesterday n the fact that im presevering my energy for tml 2.4km run! hee... COol rite.. TMl Girls do 2.4km firST! yEAah.. i seriously need time to practise my standing board la.. 1.80m last yr also didnt know how did i jumped... HAiz.. this yr i doubt i can maintain my 29 marks for Napfa, not to say improve to full marks.. the standing board jump's dist range getting further n further! heLp.. I need long legS!!! ARGH...
also, i doubt i'll be all out for 2.4km napfa... i still need to save energy n recover to sprint for 1.5km and all out next week 3km.. FOr RASALAS SAKE!! no la....... i must win myself... cannot let myself, of cuz my class, my hse, teachers... not to say, X country..... i'll not disappoint myself cuz i trained so hard doing mileage, speedwork..... wat's all the early waking up for if the end pt isn't victory?! i do hope 4x400m relay will work out excellent.... MArla, RachEL, EsTEr, mE.. tml shall be practising relay in the morning..!
Anyway- to MARLA, u'll do well for 200m.. u trained compared to others who didnt!
to HannAh, don't stress... 100m.. since you can sprint, u can do it!
to Esther, just do your best n we'll definitely have no hindrance as we are going to prac n train to perfection!
to Jemimah, pls do get well soon.. u got exactly one week to recover for 3km run! we must run togetheR!
