erm.. today training i didnt run.. SLACKING.. cuz muscleache.. can't even do bounding, or stride... lol..... today weather v hot, tough tough traiining..i applaud to those running! n timing v gd n consistent!

ermz.. 3 mths to mid course.. hahaa.. techun told waiching shd have join him not go training during holiday so can pass all subjects.. haha.. kok loong came today! haha.. n waiching admitted he missed him ! haha..... got my legs n peddles cert.. lol.. the timing's ridiculous.....

next sat running the 3km olympic thing.. actually got cert according to Jem n Marla.. LOL... all the best to Jem on Mon's nationals, also to Nicole n Rachel .. Can't support them cuz no permission..... n also jie jie on wed, for his 1500m.. probably will go down to support him cuz wed early dismissal n can make it.. Thurs, allan's running... but then, our sch no pple running that day.. hmm.........

while walking home, met kenneth.. then talked abt summer test! -.- haiz........ have to jia you..... n PW`! diediedie........... tml gtg NLB........ i hope i understand the person im doing better.. if not i 'jia let' again.....
