Today while having long run, suddenly i felt a constant pain between my thighs.. DAMN IT.. It's abrasion again?! OMGzz.. Haven't got that for some time already... The pain was like so spiking into the flesh..? whatever.. almost bleed... lucky not as bad as last time.. RarRr....... I must try my best to lose weight again before things go haywire.. IT'S A SIN TO BE FAT OK.. CUZ u suffer when running.. ALthough i must admit it made me run faster cuz i wanted to end the agony -.- I MUST say the experience was not v pleasant.. IT SUXZ.. Now i must wear tights for training already lo.. LOL....................
And then, my surface of my palms are scaling.. DOtZ? dehydration..? last time legs also.....
Crazy.. suddenly alot of problems.. One toe got blister when i wore socks? OR the sHOes too tight? -.-
Then after doing fitness all the way until now, my palms & kneecaps are like super red -.-
SEE THE IMPACT OF MY INCREASED GRAVITATION PULL DOWN MY BODY?
LOl..... the red track.. TSK TSK TSK.. Made my white shoes turn SO BLOODY... ARGH..
