Met Jemimah at 3.50pm at Chi garden station. Then we headed to Mayfair & reached at 4pm. Went to changed, and decided not to apply sunblock. Had some swimming lesson. Starting from blowing of bubbles, trying to float, kicking, paddling & lastly teaching of free style.. hmmm.. Must help Jem to get rid of her water phobia.. She did well.. But if stay calm, maintain a straight body structure & relax, it will aid in more improvements in freestyle.. Her breaststroke is ok.. Can strengthen the speed part =) haha.. If she can relax to float & kick with more impact, freestyle & backstroke will be no problem =))

Ok, we left after 1.5hr cuz Jem gtg.... HAa.. At the bathroom, Jem got problem with the temperature of the water.. It was too hot for her and she can't get any cold water.. Until when she finally got it right, the volume of water was too low..... Den right, cuz the door very hard to open cuz no handle, have to try pulling it from the top & bottom.. So Lol... haaa.. Jem suggesting that maybe she can write this for nyaa skill cuz she wanted to learn swimming to overcome her water phobia.. She'll ask Mr Chen if can anot..But heard that it shd be possible cuz Kok Loong learned inline skating from Katherine & wrote that for Nyaa.. Haa.. nicce.. I used to want to be a part time swimming coach.. But can't make the time to do anything about it...... HAha.. Was saying about Jiejie's suggested trip to go swimming on dec 7 after training at Je swimming complex, Jem was relunctant.. But Phebe going.. I want to see her again! & i want take pic with her........

Oh yeah, before meeting Jem, was chatting with JieJie & Kok Loong.. Got Phebe's msn from him =) nice =) Kok Loong went to cut his hair before going to his prom.. Waa.. But tml think he not coming to join us for training cuz he said they'll probably return late thus will be rather tiring... Mr Wong will be back tomorrow.. Wonder what are we going to do.. But nevertheless, im now ever ready, felt so FIT ! Aiming for top 6 next yr internal cross overall =)) hmm.. Wei Di not coming training tml, so is DaWei.. They got Church Camp.. To think about it, tml my whole day will be spent in school.. Meeting Jem at around 7am in school for maths, then 8 am training.. Den 1-6pm CO practice! OMG.................... But nvm, come back home can eat dinner straight away =)
