TODAY did 120 pushups, sit ups, backarches & 6 times 45secs static hold... Plus 3.6km of striding =) 21.37.02 mins.. HA.. but of cuz got stop the timing while doing exercises..
Feel much fitter after this circuit thing that Mr Wong asked us to do.. It's like first station u do the push ups first, den run, den situps, den run, den static hold, den run, den back arches, den run back. And this routine is continued for 6 times along the horse shoe area..
REally require displine...... For those who didnt come training, GOOD LUCK & BLESS YOU!! =))
This Friday going Macritchie for run.. Guys doing 2 times guys' route while girls doing 1 time guys' route, one time girls' route..HSo probably guys would cover 10km while the girls will cover 8km.. If we want, girls can do Northern ROute according to Mr Wong.
Today, people who came for training are: Tavin, Wei Qin, Pei Qi ( Riverside sec3 students ), SherJie, TeChun, Jemimah, SweeHong..

I got a magazine about basketball from Mr Wong.. According to SweeHong, and which i agreed to, the girls look like guys.. OOoo.Ooo Some look rather good looking.. HAHA
