J2s are baCK!~

Today training people who turned up are : Dawei, KokLoong, SherJie, WaiCHing, WeeHong, Adlin, Jemimah & Nicole. Alisa joined us at the later part =)
Before going for 10km, Dawei told us about having 1) Drive , 2) Punctuality, 3) Respect during our training.. U must have the drive to get better results. Whether in terms of x country competition or A level.. Then, whether how punctual you are actually shows your character, it gives the impression of u to others. Better be early than just on time. Then, giving respect to others, especially teachers =)
Ok, while we head to main gate, Weehong went to the gym.
Outside the general office, met Ms Yeo, our principal.
And so we ran.. Alot of things happened la.. LOL..
Ok.. We did 1 hr 16 mins ar.. Cuz Dawei said we must pace everytime we got faster.. It's supposed to be a slow run to increase mileage.. Or else there'll be no difference between that & tempo.. Ok =)
After starting not long near end of Sports school, jieJie said we go first, cuz his leg got injury from Tae.. So he headed back to school.. Some time later at the traffic junction, Adlin felt giddy.. She said it's either her contact lens or headache that caused blur vision.. So we paused for a while, and that was also the time when JieJie came just in time back on his bike.. Then we decided to let jiejie take care of Adlin while we continue..
Back to school, we stretched at the track, den we did 3 sets of the 4 exercises which excluded half squats.. J2s joined us too =)
Then went to bath, ask Adlin what happened.. So she didn't take her breakfast & didnt' have proper dinner.. Must eh girl =)) Alot of pple didnt take also lo.. Like Jem, Kl, Wc.. Hmm.. At least i drank a packet of milo.. Hmm.. Cuz while running, ppple getting hungry.. Heehee..
After doing fitness, Kl suggested MeePok, which later Alisa, Dawei, Kokloong, WaicHing and me went to eat together.. Think WeeHong & Adlin went back first.. Den Nicole went first, den Jemimah who need to go grandparents hse.. Oh ye.. Jiejie accompanied us to near the coffee shop den left =)

PS: I asked what's Waiching's chi name. He said Wei Ching. Then now WaiCHing is known as Wei Di caused he suggested calling him Wei Ge or sth.... LOL.. dEn i said i older so he said then WEi Di.. LOl. then he asked what should he call me.. Xiao..? Hmm.. HURHUR.. Den it'll be xiao jie which is -.- .. Den AI JIE sounds weird.. THen he said, DA JIE DA ? OMG! HAHA ..
