Final update: im running 1.5km, 3.0km, n 4 x 400m.. Omg.. almost shocked me that my 200m is changed to a 1.5km.. HA.. now i got muscleache cuz of the 1.23mins sprint.. DOtzx.. didnt do cool down / stretch.. REALLy rEGREt.. anyway, pple.. i will try to relax.... there's just something in me that's driving me nuts.. ROAR.. I got blisters from basketball during training today~! so cool la... Mr Wong, Hui yin, Serine played with the x country J1S! Weetx.. den we did relays!!!!!!! YEAH!
